Services / Conversion & CRO

The cheapest growth is the traffic you already have.

Doubling traffic is expensive. Converting a meaningfully larger share of the traffic already arriving costs a fraction of that and improves the economics of every channel feeding it. Conversion work compounds — it makes acquisition cheaper, lifecycle richer, and every future dollar of spend work harder.

Let's build something

Conversion problems are rarely the button color.

They're friction, doubt, and speed — load time between click and content, product pages that never answer the real question, carts that surprise people with shipping costs, mobile experiences built as an afterthought.

We diagnose before we test. Analytics, session behavior, and funnel data tell us where people actually leave — which is almost never where the team assumed.

What we fix first

Fix the obvious breakage before reserving testing for real strategic questions.

01

Broken or badly slow experiences

Pure loss, no test needed. Nobody needs an A/B test to prove a broken mobile checkout is bad — we fix it first.
02

High-traffic page friction

The biggest absolute revenue impact. Targeted fixes to the pages the most people actually see.
03

Trust and proof gaps

Reviews, guarantees, and signals that make a first-time buyer comfortable — cheap to fix, wide effect.
04

Strategic A/B tests

Reserved for genuine strategic questions on pages with enough traffic to reach significance. Slower, but where real learning compounds.

The order we work in

Testing is the last step, not the first. Most of the lift is in fixing what’s plainly broken.

Priority

Type of problem

Why first

1

Broken or badly slow experiences

Pure loss, no test needed

2

High-traffic page friction

Biggest absolute revenue impact

3

Trust and proof gaps

Cheap to fix, wide effect

4

Strategic A/B tests

Slower, needs volume to be valid

Conversion is a system, not a page.

A one-off redesign produces a one-off bump. We treat conversion as an ongoing loop — test, measure, learn, iterate — wired into the same infrastructure as acquisition and lifecycle, because a conversion gain multiplies everything upstream and downstream of it. A higher conversion rate lowers your cost per buyer, which makes previously unprofitable paid acquisition viable.

Questionsbuyersask

I've worked with Lightdrop on multiple projects over the last 5 years and am always amazed with the level of strategy, guidance and execution they bring to the table. Lior and his team are masters in digital and brand marketing.

We find where revenue leaks between landing and checkout, fix the breakage first, and prove the lift.
