Growth that compounds  not just spend that disappears.

Anyone can buy attention. We build the full engine — acquisition, lifecycle, conversion, and the tracking that keeps it honest — then we operate it.

Let's build something

Most brands optimize toward the wrong number.

Cost-per-lead and cost-per-click are easy to measure, so that's what gets chased. But they don't tell you whether you're making money — and optimizing toward them can quietly cancel the exact campaigns that were working.

We know this because we checked. Across a portfolio of live campaigns spanning 150+ events and more than $11M in tracked revenue, cost-per-lead showed no correlation with profitability. The metric that actually predicts profit is what it costs to acquire someone who pays — and that's what we build tracking for.

The practical consequence: before we touch a campaign, we wire up measurement all the way to the buyer. Optimization without instrumentation is just expensive guessing.

What the data said

150+ events. $11M+ in tracked revenue. Fully instrumented.

We instrumented the full funnel across a multi-market live-events operator and looked for the relationship everyone assumes is there: cheaper leads, more profit. There was none. Cost-per-lead showed zero correlation with profitability — r = 0.00. Optimizing it harder would have changed nothing about the bottom line.

What actually drove the business was volume and the quality of downstream conversion — and we only know that because we measured instead of assumed. That's the whole methodology in one finding: instrument first, then optimize toward the number that actually matters.

r = 0.00

Correlation between cost-per-lead and profitability across 150+ events.

$11M+

Tracked revenue analyzed to find the real growth lever.

This finding underpins our growth-engineering method — the framework we operate on every engagement.

The full journey

Every stage instrumented. Nothing left to guesswork.

We build for the whole path from cold stranger to repeat buyer — and wire measurement through every step.

The infrastructure that turns one purchase into a relationship.

What we build and operate

Four layers. All of them connected.

01

Paid acquisition built on real data.

Meta and Google campaigns running on server-side tracking — CAPI, clean GTM, deduplicated conversions — so the numbers you optimize against are what actually happened.
02

A lifecycle engine that compounds.

Email and SMS flows that capture the signal at every stage and work between purchases. The retention side is usually where the real margin is.
03

Conversion optimization where it counts.

Product pages, landing pages, checkout — the places where spend either becomes revenue or disappears. We test into what closes, not what looks good in a deck.
04

The measurement layer underneath it all.

We build tracking to cost-per-buyer and contribution margin, not cost-per-lead. That means you steer by numbers that actually predict profit.
